Topline was contracted by a client to carry out intelligent pigging services, which is part of the DPR requirement which states that transport pipelines, whether oil or gas must be inspected every five years. 

This project required the use of GRE (glass reinforcement epoxy) piping. These pipings are used for water lines offshore because of the high corrosivity of sea water.

KP 27 site clamp installation. This was an EPRS activity (emergency pipeline repair service). The client had detected a leak on their 12 inches pipeline and Topline was subsequently called in to carryout the repairs. 

One of the services that Topline offers is an online leak test. We execute this by checking the clients’ valves to know the percentage of leakage and we're able to align it with the API standard then we send in a recommendation report. 

Topline Limited executed the complete cleaning, gauging, and intelligent pigging of the 10-inch, 18.5-kilometer crude export pipeline running from Oredo to Ogharefe. The project was undertaken to ensure internal cleanliness, verify pipeline geometry, and assess the overall integrity of the asset for continued safe and efficient operations.
